And has many years of experience in Industrial, Commercial and Domestic environments. Including: Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) in Petrochemicals, Pharmaceuticals. Building Management Systems (BMS) in Offices. AC, Plumbing, Heating, Electrical. ALAN DEMPSTER - Plumbing Heating Electrical was first established in the South East of England in 2001.

Oil Firing Technicians Association (O.F.T.E.C.) AD is Registered for all Domestic and Commercial Oil Firing Appliances. Servicing, Commissioning and Installations.

Confederation of Registered Gas Installers (C.O.R.G.I.) AD is Registered for Domestic & Commercial in Natural Gas and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) Propane and Butane. Repairs, Servicing, Commissioning and Safety Reports. Appliances include: Boilers, Cookers, Fires, Water Heaters, Ducted Warm Air Heaters, etc.

From 1st APRIL 2009, Registration for the above shall also be with the New governing Registration body:-

AD is also Registered with CORGI for the Competent person schemes of Plumbing & Electrical.
